The Blind Squirrel Hunter

Hello. I am not a professional hunter, nor am I well experienced. No one has taught me anything about hunting. I don’t have a mentor to go seek advise from. I don’t have a huge plot of private land I can use. I’m making it all up as I go. Everything I’ve learned is from books, YouTube, and making mistakes.

I have killed a few white tails over the years. Living in the South of the the United States, this isn’t an uncommon thing. I have also gone on a guided black bear hunt in British Columbia. More on that in a future post. My dream hunt is to kill a bison with a Kentucky Long rifle of a Henry.
